Great location in Fenway and 5 minute walk to Kenmore Station which takes you straight into the city. Accommodation was great and looks very new. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The place is comfortable, super clean, and lovely. It felt so open with large windows, high ceiling and lots of light. The building, the entrance and the outside hallway are also very charming. The location was perfect for us as we were able to go to all the places on foot or with short Uber rides. The energy of the neighborhood is great too – we felt comfortable walking at night, and had fun exploring nearby shops and restaurants. The communication with the host was super smooth. This listing will be our go-to place for future visits to Boston!

I will absolutely stay here again in my next trip to Boston! So affordable and CLEAN as well as close to everything we wanted to do. Loved the Espresso machine (my son thanks you for my morning coffee 😉) Thank you for keeping the buildings historical beauty!

The location was perfect for dropping our daughter at BU and for exploring the many dining and shopping destinations in the area. We walked to most places but also took the T into the city center. The space was beautiful,clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Airbnb was perfect. Supplied laundry detergent, extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. Only suggestion would be maybe 8 total towels instead of 6. We didnt really need 8, but used up all 6. Mainly because women tend to use two for their hair etc, so might be nice to just always have 8 in general! Otherwise, perfect place! Thank you!

Went to Fenway to baseball games. Great location for us to walk!

we had a wonderful few days at the charlesgate suites! clean, quiet and lovely. the beds were nice, plenty of coffee and we even talked our college kid into staying with us one night 🙂 appreciate the hospitality

Positive: The location was perfect. Very close to downtown and in beautiful Back Bay. Negative: There is a lack of warm details. The decoration is very bland. Needs some warmth for a homier feeling.

Very nice condition. It seems to have been recently redecorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Responsive hosts. Charming building. Location was great. We will stay here again.

Positive: It's close to BU. Good location and it's new! Negative: The staff gave us wrong code to access from the back door. Also, no elevator is not convenient for us to move the luggage to 3rd floor.

This was honestly one of the nicest airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! It was even nicer and cleaner than the photos. I usually rush off to a cafe in the morning to work, but I was excited to wake up and drink coffee in the apartment because it was so clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, and even bonus surprises like heated bathroom floors! The bed, pillows, and bedding were extremely comfortable. We were in town for concerts at the MGM Hall at Fenway, and it was an easy ~10 min walk to the venue (felt very safe and walkable). Despite being in a great, walkable location, the airbnb was on a very quiet street (no noise or lights bothered us at all). 200/10 – honestly cannot recommend this place enough!!

Great place with quality furnishings. Some rental places are furnished with cheap stuff. This was not the case. Everything was high quality. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I ever had. The laundry is free but public for the building. This was no biggie for us, and we rarely saw anyone else coming or going. We will definitely stay here again.
