Positive: 此行是參加2024年波士頓馬拉松5K及全馬，住宿的地方離地鐵站步行五分鐘；鄰近還有波士頓大學及麻省理工學院，離查爾斯河畔也近，是慢跑的好地方；不行20分鐘左右也能抵達海因斯會議中心，大門及房門是電子式，需輸入密碼才能進入，垃圾須丟於後門(但後門打不開，要從房外繞)，廚房用具一應俱全(醬料要自備)。 Negative: 住宿的房型沒洗衣機，比較可惜，但是比較輕薄的衣服手洗在暖氣浴室曬晾一天可乾。

Positive: Rooms were very clean and comfortable, very well maintained, and location was perfect for BU activities. The management company was responsive to questions. Negative: Our rooms were 2 floors apart, but that may have been due to choosing 2 different layouts of rooms. I was very nervous that the place would be as we expected – # of beds etc. – because there were not pictures off each actual room. Getting 'check-in instructions just 24 hours before is also stressful because we had already started to travel without knowing these details. The automated emails didn't always have all of the details – for example we booked 2 rooms but only got check-in instructions for 1, and we reserved a parking space but needed to reach out to find out if we needed to print out a parking pass before we left. The management company was very responsive to questions, which was great, but would have been even better to not need to ask them.

Loved our stay in Boston. Close to Fenway, public transit and suite exactly as shown with easy yo checkin and check out

Positive: We liked the clealiness of the suite. The kitchen was great, as was the furnishings. Negative: The Nest thermostat did not work properly. It was constantly 76-83 degrees in our suite. We could not get the temperature to go down.

We just needed one night within walking distance of an early morning ceremony at MGM Music Hall. The apartment worked perfectly for our needs, was very clean and everything was functioning well, except that we had trouble folding the sleep sofa back up.

Was a great place, very clean and so spacious. Definitely a chill room too- not stuffy at all. Check in was very easy with both codes being very simple. Bed was comfy and came with shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Positive: The check in was flawless, all done by an electronic key pad. The entrance is beautiful, well lit, with the charm of old Boston with its hand painted wallpaper and winding staircase. Our suite on the second floor was easy to get to and had more than enough room for my husband and I. It was very open, airy, and clean, with a kitchenette stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, all you needed to make a meal. There is also a Nespresso Machine which worked nicely and gave a yummy cup of coffee as we sat and relaxed on the couch. The bathroom is large, the shower worked perfect and the water pressure was amazing. The bed was so comfy, I think we slept the whole night through. Also you couldn’t hear the Boston traffic, which was a plus. We did reserve a parking spot for the time we were there which worked out great, we could see our car from the room. The owners were very attentive and informative, texted us all the information for check in and out the day before arrival. We could get in touch with them by text and they always returned the text within a few hours. We will definitely go back. Negative: We couldn’t find any real problems with Charlesgate Suites.

Charlesgate Suites is a great place to stay in Boston. They were very quick to respond to the text message. We enjoyed the cleanness and the location. The only thing that we were not happy about was the AC, which woke us up in the middle of the night a lot of times.

Positive: It was clean and comfortable Negative: It didn’t have an elevator

This is a wonderful location for visiting Boston. The Airbnb is lovely! Big windows, great lighting. Open layout. Host is very responsive. The only challenge for us was the wifi. We were not able to watch anything on our devices without constant lagging. We checked the internet speed and it was very slow. I would recommend double checking on internet quality before booking esp if one needs to work remotely during their stay. Otherwise the stay was great.

The view out the bay window was perfect! Watched rowers each morning and end of day. Suite was comfortable. Had a couple things pop up and the staff was quick to respond. Will absolutely stay here again.
