The accommodation is as described. Once you use the commodities (soap, coffee capsules, …), you can find additional in the first floor. Response was always fast and precise. Would return next visit to Boston.

Except the location is close to car park which is not so suitable for travelers that are very sensitive to sound. Otherwise everything is good in terms of cleaningness, convenience, instructions and responsiveness of house owner.

Had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, with easy access to the train, making it super convenient to get around. The space itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

Positive: Great location. 3-5 mins walk to Kenmore station (green line). Clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. The host is responsive. Negative: No grocery store nearby.

Lots of good communication prior to arrival and for answering questions throughout the stay. We came at a time that it was very cold in Boston so the suite was cool – nice to have the fireplace! They fully disclosed that there is no elevator – good to know. We’ve been away for two weeks and had luggage so we had some advanced warning. Quiet building. Nice to have laundry available and we took the option of arranging for parking since the area otherwise has minimal options. Management very responsive.

I loved the location, and the studio perfectly matched the description. I would 100% recommend staying at this property.

Positive: Que tenía excelente privacidad, que es un apartamento estudio muy equipado, que es céntrico y que todo lo que se ve en la publicidad es lo que en realidad ofrece el lugar. Negative: Que no está claro en la publicidad si es un hotel o un arbnb, y la asistencia del personal, no es buena, ni mala, tan solo no existes, enviar un código de cómo entrar a la apartamento no es una asistencia considerable.

We enjoyed our stay. We came to town for some college tours with my daughter and the location was perfect for us. It was a bit noisy from outside traffic but that is to be expected when staying in a big city. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend to others for sure.

Negative: It was very loud starting early in the morning with cars, deliveries, walking traffic ect.

Had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—right near Newbury Street, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. About a 15min walk. The space was exactly as pictured, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Parking for additional cost and safe right behind the apartments. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in Boston! Very chic and modern.

We had a great time at Charlesgate Suites! The place was adorable and the location is unbeatable since it’s so close to the T and within easy walking distance to Newbury Street, Fenway, etc. We’d book again. Our only problem was that we had a couple small issues using some of the amenities; the remote to operate the fireplace was inexplicably missing for the duration of our stay so we weren’t able to use it, which was a bummer. We also couldn’t locate the remote for the TV for the first day or so until our hosts brought us another one (as we were packing up, we found the original stuffed between the mattress and bed frame presumably by a previous guest, haha.) Ultimately we appreciated the consistent communication and the place was lovely! Thanks!

We were really happy with our stay here! Much better than pictures! Very large townhome. The mattress and pillows were awesome!!! Nothing negative to say. Just a very homey place to stay in. We were on the first floor which was a plus!
