Great location. Clean and very nice space. We had a couple of issues—we couldn’t turn on the fireplace easily, and the battery of the front door lock went down and malfunctioned. But the representative was always there to answer and help us recover. Incredibly communicative! Kitchen + Laundry—all well equipped! We’re definitely coming back.

Great place to stay and very nice! Great area so close to everything! Clean, great bed, nice bathroom and room to relax vs some places in Boston. Clean and very quiet. We will def be back!

We had a great time at Charlesgate Suites! The place was adorable and the location is unbeatable since it’s so close to the T and within easy walking distance to Newbury Street, Fenway, etc. We’d book again. Our only problem was that we had a couple small issues using some of the amenities; the remote to operate the fireplace was inexplicably missing for the duration of our stay so we weren’t able to use it, which was a bummer. We also couldn’t locate the remote for the TV for the first day or so until our hosts brought us another one (as we were packing up, we found the original stuffed between the mattress and bed frame presumably by a previous guest, haha.) Ultimately we appreciated the consistent communication and the place was lovely! Thanks!

We were really happy with our stay here! Much better than pictures! Very large townhome. The mattress and pillows were awesome!!! Nothing negative to say. Just a very homey place to stay in. We were on the first floor which was a plus!

Fit the bill of exactly what we needed (great kitchen, comfy beds, solid bathroom) & in a great location for us to make our way to venture into New York. Loved our stay!

Positive: Great location. 3-5 mins walk to Kenmore station (green line). Clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. The host is responsive. Negative: No grocery store nearby.

Positive: Que tenía excelente privacidad, que es un apartamento estudio muy equipado, que es céntrico y que todo lo que se ve en la publicidad es lo que en realidad ofrece el lugar. Negative: Que no está claro en la publicidad si es un hotel o un arbnb, y la asistencia del personal, no es buena, ni mala, tan solo no existes, enviar un código de cómo entrar a la apartamento no es una asistencia considerable.

Positive: El lugar está muy bien ubicado y el apartamento está bien equipado es moderno y confortable. Negative: El codigo de acceso no funcionaba entramos con el de reserva, tampoco los enchufes de la cocina, Enviamos un mensaje y nos dieron instrucciones para chequear la caja de electricidad que nunca pudimos ubicar .Nunca se solucionó el problema. No hay ninguna persona a quien recurrir frente a cualquier inconveniente.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—situated in a quiet, charming neighborhood but still within walking distance of popular attractions Fenway Park. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the little touches that made it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was fantastic—friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed here for a full week and loved it! Very comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed having the fireplace since the weather was pretty chilly when we visited! Would absolutely stay here again, prime location to shops restaurants etc. It was very private and we felt extremely safe here!

Well maintained and bright apartment that has been reasonably recently refurbished All amenities are as described, and the location is an easy walk to Fenway & Back Bay areas

We enjoyed our stay. We came to town for some college tours with my daughter and the location was perfect for us. It was a bit noisy from outside traffic but that is to be expected when staying in a big city. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend to others for sure.
