Positive: There was no breakfast at this location Negative: The only electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. Also, there was a small control panel in the bathroom which seemed to be for the exhaust fan. It too was not working

I was there for 2 entire weeks, I really loved the apartment, it was very clean, elegant and iluminated, the view was amazing, I had the really best time here watching through the windows with clear sky, snowing and rainning with the pass of the days. The bed is amazing so comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, all clean and new, the air conditioner works perfect and the bathroom was always clear. It is a very walkable surrounding, because it is near to shops, metro, and Commercial Centers. At night really quite and secure. I went to Boston for a vacations and a graduation and it was amazing to stay there. Hope this review help you to take a good decision. Thank you so much for the kind support all the time! Positive: Los acabados y distribución del apartamento. Tanto el edificio, incluso las zonas comunes, como el apartamento, muy bonitos y decorados con mucho gusto. Negative: Tal vez demasiadas escaleras. pero ya lo sabíamos

Apartment as shown on pics: recently renovated, functional, confortable and clean. A little loud from the street noise and hall doors banging. The fridge stopped working and was replaced quickly. The oven did not work and was not fixed. Overall stay was good

Place was extremely clean and beautiful with modern furniture and appliances. Hope to return some day soon!

The location was perfect and Charlesgate Suites were very quick to respond to my messages. Overall the property was clean and the management was very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Boston!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week to visit our daughters for the holiday. The apartment was sunny and bright with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings comfortable. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and the esplanade. Look forward to booking again when we plan our next trip to Boston.

Can’t say enough great things about Charlesgate Suites. Fantastic place in a great location. Check-in was super easy. We had everything we needed in this extremely clean air bnb. Bed was so much comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we are in Boston.

Lovely place, very clean, near BU

The home was exactly as described, close to everything we wanted to see. If and when we return this will be the first place we would want to stay.

Positive: Appartamento moderno, spazioso, caldo e accogliente. Sembrava di stare a casa. Gli arredi eleganti Negative: La pulizia. Il bagno aveva dei capelli nel lavandino e nel gabinetto, il cestino non era stato svuotato. Difficoltà ad entrare all’arrivo perché il codice non funzionava

Positive: This is my second time staying at this propriety and it is quite spacious and in a wonderful location of Boston Back bay and Fenway. The staff respond quickly to questions. I was stranded bc of flight cancellations and the staff quickly booked me another night there. It has a washer and dryer which helps when traveling light. The bathroom floors are heated – for winter it is very nice. Negative: Not much negative to write. I wasn’t able to find recycling outside by trash to in which to throw away the inside recycling.
