10/10 would recommend. Walking distance to Fenway and a lot of amazing historical sites. Very clean and great communication. Check in was extremely easy and completely no contact.

Positive: Location is fantastic, so convenient to everything in Boston. The place is very clean, greatly furnished and very comfortable. Negative: The room was not the cheapest available and unfortunately was on the first floor so not much of a view. The front window was blocked directly by a large tree and rear looked out to a parking lot. Also, I expected a bit of noise being so close to Kenmore and near traffic, but the street traffic and pedestrians were still a bit louder than expected. Again, I think being on the first floor didn't help.

Andrew was a Great host. The instructions he gave were very clear and accurate. The place was as pretty as the pictures even prettier and cozier. The location was great. Within walking distance of Fenway and many great restaurants. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew was great! Place was beautiful and clean, using environmentally conscious soaps, etc. Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of young college students in the area and when they pass by at night, can be loud talking but I found this delightful. Energizing. Not a real distraction. Loved this place. Would stay again!!

Andrew’s place is amazing! It’s beautifully decorated and furnished, and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and squeaky clean. Parking was a breeze. The neighborhood is great too, very walkable and close to Fenway Park and MGM. Andrew is very kind, helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Positive: The property was very nice and very clean. Negative: IT IS NOT A HOTEL. It is essentially an Airbnb, with multiple units in the same building. I asked them multiple times prior to traveling if it was a hotel, and they kept telling me it was, but it is not. To get in you use a keypad. Somehow my code got reset on the second day so I couldn’t access my unit. And there is no one onsite. Eventually they resolved the issue remotely but they then I had already left to go somewhere. And then my code was changed the whole rest of the trip. Additionally, there was no daily housekeeping and they couldn’t keep our suitcases after check out. So again, it’s not a hotel. It was very nice but I think they should market it for what it is.

Negative: Only complaint I had was the property didn’t tell me which room number I had. All they said was my room was on the fourth floor, so I figured there was only 1 room located on that floor. Once I arrived, I realized there were multiple doors with number “4” plus a letter next to it. I eventually figured out which room I had with the code they had given me, through trial and error with the doors. It was crazy to think another person/guest could have been in the room as I was just trying the code on the door, because I didn’t know which specific room I was in on that floor. If the property management can fix this for future stays, I wouldn’t have any complaints!!

Wonderful time and very walkable with easy train access.

We couldn’t have asked for a more ideal place to stay while visiting Boston! The check-in process was smooth and easy. Andrew was very responsive with any questions I had. The space was exactly as described, if not better. Very clean and had everything we needed to make for a perfect stay! The location also cannot be beat. It was walking distance to Fenway amongst other places that we wanted to visit and see. Would definitely stay here again!
