Charlesgate Suites was perfect for our weekend getaway in Boston. Keyless entry made getting in and out super easy. The suite was actually bigger than it seemed in the picture. It was cozy and clean. It has a comfortable bed and big bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, but not overbearing or bothersome. The location was easy to find, right off Storrow Dr., which means we could park (parking available which was key) when we arrived and walk to anyplace we wanted. Big beautiful windows in the suite allowed us to take in the sites and sounds of the city during the small amount of time we spent in the suite. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: This is my second time staying at this propriety and it is quite spacious and in a wonderful location of Boston Back bay and Fenway. The staff respond quickly to questions. I was stranded bc of flight cancellations and the staff quickly booked me another night there. It has a washer and dryer which helps when traveling light. The bathroom floors are heated – for winter it is very nice. Negative: Not much negative to write. I wasn’t able to find recycling outside by trash to in which to throw away the inside recycling.

Positive: The room was lovely. Clean, modern, and more spacious than we expected. The murals in the hallway were beautiful but showed some wear. The woodwork on the stairways was amazing. Negative: The hallway outside the room could use some work. The carpet could be cleaner. Some wear on the walls could also be touched up.

I was there for 2 entire weeks, I really loved the apartment, it was very clean, elegant and iluminated, the view was amazing, I had the really best time here watching through the windows with clear sky, snowing and rainning with the pass of the days. The bed is amazing so comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, all clean and new, the air conditioner works perfect and the bathroom was always clear. It is a very walkable surrounding, because it is near to shops, metro, and Commercial Centers. At night really quite and secure. I went to Boston for a vacations and a graduation and it was amazing to stay there. Hope this review help you to take a good decision. Thank you so much for the kind support all the time! Positive: Location, great facilities such as kitchen, modern updates style overall and comfortable bed. Negative: Stairs were not a big problem, more of a surprise. 3rd floor a bit noisy at certain hours but not much during quiet hours. Traffic could be loud.

Lovely place, very clean, near BU

Positive: Location was amazing! The building and our room far exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful, wonderful historic details, but completely renovated. No staff on-site, but their instructions were great and we had no trouble entering the building and our room. Negative: There is not an elevator, so for people who need one this would not be a great location.

Positive: Appartamento moderno, spazioso, caldo e accogliente. Sembrava di stare a casa. Gli arredi eleganti Negative: La pulizia. Il bagno aveva dei capelli nel lavandino e nel gabinetto, il cestino non era stato svuotato. Difficoltà ad entrare all’arrivo perché il codice non funzionava

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week to visit our daughters for the holiday. The apartment was sunny and bright with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings comfortable. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and the esplanade. Look forward to booking again when we plan our next trip to Boston.

Place was extremely clean and beautiful with modern furniture and appliances. Hope to return some day soon!

Positive: There was no breakfast at this location Negative: The only electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. Also, there was a small control panel in the bathroom which seemed to be for the exhaust fan. It too was not working
