My husband and I had a great time at Charlesgate Suites! The check in process was so smooth and they were very communicative and helpful pre check-in. When we walked into the room, I was blown away at how clean it was and how cozy the apartment felt. Not to mention the view!!! Oh the view! It was a beautiful view of the river and there is so much within walking distance – including Fenway. We will definitely be coming back to Boston and will be staying at Charlesgate again!

This was honestly one of the nicest airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! It was even nicer and cleaner than the photos. I usually rush off to a cafe in the morning to work, but I was excited to wake up and drink coffee in the apartment because it was so clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, and even bonus surprises like heated bathroom floors! The bed, pillows, and bedding were extremely comfortable. We were in town for concerts at the MGM Hall at Fenway, and it was an easy ~10 min walk to the venue (felt very safe and walkable). Despite being in a great, walkable location, the airbnb was on a very quiet street (no noise or lights bothered us at all). 200/10 – honestly cannot recommend this place enough!!

Such a great place in a great neighborhood! Went to Boston for a Red Sox game and it was MAYBE a 10min walk! Super cute neighborhood also!! Loved it!

Great location for visiting Fenway Park. Walkable to Fenway and plenty of bars and restaurants. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Positive: Property is cozy, location is good. Communication is very responded very promptly! Negative: The checking time and checkout time is too late and too early respectively.

This is a great place to stay! We felt very safe and the area was walking distance from Fenway and many quality restaurants. It was very quiet and sleeping was easy with no interruptions in the middle of the night. Overall this is a great place to stay close to Fenway and near many great restaurants. It’s walking distance to MIT and Harvard – I thought it was a great central location. The apartment was very clean and organized – an amazing stay in Boston!

Very nice condition. It seems to have been recently redecorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Responsive hosts. Charming building. Location was great. We will stay here again.

Great location – easy walking distance to Fenway and surrounding attractions, as well as Copley Square and North End. Loved being able to watch the rowers and sailboats on the river! The actual space was clean, well-appointed, and felt like home. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom nicely updated. Laundry on ground floor was also convenient! Even though there was no elevator, it was not an issue – allowed you to get a few extra steps in for the day!

The building, the entrance and the outside hallway are also very charming. The location was perfect for us as we were able to go to all the places on foot or with short Uber rides. The energy of the neighborhood is great too – we felt comfortable walking at night, and had fun exploring nearby shops and restaurants. The communication with the host was super smooth. This listing will be our go-to place for future visits to Boston!

A perfect base for exploring Boston. Easy walk to Fenway and the Kenmore subway (and short ride from there to the Commons, Freedom Trail, etc). Loved the view of the crew teams on the river from the apartment. Everything in the unit was as advertised – clean, bright, well-kept – and the host was quick with answers to our questions. We’ll be back!

Positive: There was no breakfast provided. We didn’t see any staff at all . Negative: We had requested by email for a 1 st floor room and were promised when we had called them while making the reservation. Unfortunately, we were given a ground floor room . It was quite a pain to walk up and down.
