Great place with quality furnishings. Some rental places are furnished with cheap stuff. This was not the case. Everything was high quality. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I ever had. The laundry is free but public for the building. This was no biggie for us, and we rarely saw anyone else coming or going. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for dropping our daughter at BU and for exploring the many dining and shopping destinations in the area. We walked to most places but also took the T into the city center. The space was beautiful,clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Fenway and 5 minute walk to Kenmore Station which takes you straight into the city. Accommodation was great and looks very new. Would highly recommend.

Positive: It's close to BU. Good location and it's new! Negative: The staff gave us wrong code to access from the back door. Also, no elevator is not convenient for us to move the luggage to 3rd floor.

we had a wonderful few days at the charlesgate suites! clean, quiet and lovely. the beds were nice, plenty of coffee and we even talked our college kid into staying with us one night 🙂 appreciate the hospitality

Great place! Beautiful location! Accessible to cafes and walkable from “go-to” places in Boston. Clean and well maintained studio! Lack of lift availability is painful to move your luggage on top floors.

Positive: The location was perfect. Very close to downtown and in beautiful Back Bay. Negative: There is a lack of warm details. The decoration is very bland. Needs some warmth for a homier feeling.

Everything was great! Airbnb was perfect. Supplied laundry detergent, extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. Only suggestion would be maybe 8 total towels instead of 6. We didnt really need 8, but used up all 6. Mainly because women tend to use two for their hair etc, so might be nice to just always have 8 in general! Otherwise, perfect place! Thank you!
