This place was great! It was a bit hard to find at first because the gps was saying the address was under a bridge? 🤣 but we figured it out. it’s very central to a lot of things in boston. Had a small issue with the parking because they gave us a diagram of the assigned spots but there were no markings, which was frustrating. But the host was responsive and helped us make sure we were in the correct spot. Other than that, everything was great. The building is cute, the unit was extremely clean and smelled great, beds were comfy and all the sheets and towels were pristine. Bathroom was spotless, water pressure was amazing, and the washer and dryer were great. The building feels very safe and is in a good part of town. I would recommend it for anyone visiting boston.

Close to Fenway park. Easy access to transportation. Clean and quiet

Positive: The location was great – 5 minute walk to train/bus station. Place was clean and spacious and the owner/manager was extremely responsive. I let the owner know there was a problem with the bathroom outlet and faucet one evening and the problem was fixed the next day while we were out. Negative: There weren't any tissues in the place and we would have liked a regular coffee maker instead of a Nespresso machine.

Great stay! Super convenient to BU and sites downtown. Really quiet and clean, comfy bed, cold a/c, and helpful hosts who resolved a minor issue with electrical outlets within minutes. We will return!

My stay was great!!! The Charlesgate team was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly! Would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Boston. Walkable to Fenway, too — was an awesome experience!

The place was beautiful, clean and simple. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the water pressure was good. The location was walkable to good restaurants and public transportation. It was perfect for my family of 4, the pull out sofa was adequate for our two young kids.

The place was as advertised, and good for our purpose (event at Fenway). The parking lot is a little sketchy but my car was safe and we had no incidents. The upstairs guests were terrible neighbors but certainly no fault of the host.

The best thing about this place is the location! The Kenmore station is about two blocks away and so much is close enough to walk to. I also really appreciated the keypad entry, it was super convenient and I’m always afraid that I’ll lose a key. Other than that, it was a good enough stay for the price. Some of the descriptors are confusing as in one place it said that there was no kitchen but then it claimed to have kitchen equipment under amenities (it is a kitchenette, not a kitchen). The AC is also wonky and the unit would become icy at night. I did appreciate how responsive they were, especially when one of the keypads died.

This place was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was cozy and great to return to after a long day. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The communication with Charlsgate Suites was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. I absolutely loved the location! really close to Boston University, Kenmore station and Fenway Park! We enjoyed exploring the area. Having attached parking spaces was very convenient. Overall, our experience was amazing. I would recommend Charlsgate Suites and property to family members, and friends.

Positive: Luxuriös und modern ausgestattetes, helles Appartment in guter Lage, die Innenstadt kann zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten oder mit der Metro in 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Negative: Schwierige Parkplatzsituation; die Vermieter bieten eine auf den ersten Blick sehr teueren Parkplatz an, den man extra bezahlen muss – lohnt sich aber…
