Positive: Close to Fenway and in a great area to walk around and go to a game or grab food to eat. Clean and very hospitable. Had all the necessary materials available to make coffee. Negative: Only three large towels available for use with 4 people staying. Could not get an early check in as requested. The exterior front door code never worked throughout our stay. Our code only worked for the back exterior door to access the facility.

Positive: The location was great – 5 minute walk to train/bus station. Place was clean and spacious and the owner/manager was extremely responsive. I let the owner know there was a problem with the bathroom outlet and faucet one evening and the problem was fixed the next day while we were out. Negative: There weren't any tissues in the place and we would have liked a regular coffee maker instead of a Nespresso machine.

Positive: Das Guesthouse war für unsere Zwecke ideal gelegen, in einer schönen Gegend und mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Der Blick auf den Charles River und MIT ist charmant. Ausstattung und Qualität des Zimmers sind sehr gut. Negative: Die Fenster im Hauptraum lassen sich nicht öffnen. Es gibt zwar eine gute Klimaanlage, aber bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen wird die Luft nachts trotzdem dick.

Positive: Very clean and well maintained!! Updated unit with very nice furnishings. Excellent location between BU and back bay. Walked or biked everywhere. It was perfect!

The place was as advertised, and good for our purpose (event at Fenway). The parking lot is a little sketchy but my car was safe and we had no incidents. The upstairs guests were terrible neighbors but certainly no fault of the host.

This place was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was cozy and great to return to after a long day. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The communication with Charlsgate Suites was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. I absolutely loved the location! really close to Boston University, Kenmore station and Fenway Park! We enjoyed exploring the area. Having attached parking spaces was very convenient. Overall, our experience was amazing. I would recommend Charlsgate Suites and property to family members, and friends.

This was a really well appointed and comfortable place that still has a lot of character. It is close to everything we wanted to do without feeling loud or touristy at all.
