Communication was excellent from the host
Communication was excellent from the host. The location was superb for walking, using public transit, getting downtown or to the airport. Everything was clean and organized. Being at the top floor there is minimal noise and foot traffic from neighbors outside the place. If I return to Boston, I’d want to be back. The washer and dryer being available was a huge perk. Would recommend this listing to any friend thinking of visiting Boston!
Great apartment in the Fenway area but tucked in a quiet area
Great apartment in the Fenway area but tucked in a quiet area. Close to the T so it was easy to get around. We were able to get early check in when we landed early. The Host is very responsive. We had a few issues – missing 3rd blanket, dishwasher not working, didn’t have enough laundry pods. They were very helpful and gave us the 3rd blanket the next day but was unable to resolve the dishwasher and laundry issues but it was fine. Great stay overall

We had a seamless experience from check in to check out. The charlesgate suites team was communicative before the trip even started – not that we had any issues – and stayed in touch until after we left. The space was clean and in a great location. The coffee and bathroom amenities were splendid. We would visit again. Thanks!
Our family of four had a great stay at Charlesgate
Our family of four had a great stay at Charlesgate. Very convenient location and probably the best parking spot right outside the building. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The only minor downside was not being able to control the thermostat ourselves, but they were responsive in changing it for us. I’d definitely stay here again.
Lugar muy bien ubicado
Lugar muy bien ubicado, la zona es inmejorable ya que está cerca de Back Bay y calles y avenidas con lindos negocios , cafeterías y restoranes. Está muy cerca de estaciones de Metro . Nos movimos también en bicicletas y el depto tiene una parada de bicicletas a 200 mts .
El departamento está bien equipado . Pensamos que era un poco más espacioso pero es un Monoambiente reciclado a nuevo y cumplió adecuadamente para 3 personas . Le faltaría una puerta que separe la habitación del área común para tener un poco más de privacidad .
Pero el resto fue excelente todo .
Volvería con gusto a este departamento y lo recomiendo ampliamente .
Great location close to BU
Great location close to BU. Some road noise due to being close to an intersection. AC was not working properly. Communication with management about it was good and they reset the thermostat remotely which didn’t fix the issue. They offerred for a tech to come out but we were to busy to coordinate that further. Overall a good experience and spot if you need to be near BU.
