A stellar little oasis in the Boston metropolis. Walk to a baseball game, walk to down the river, and walk to amazing shops and restaurants. Great hub for exploring all that is Boston. Great location too for launching other explorations via the trains too. Hyper clean and chill city surroundings.

We stayed here for a week while our child attended a summer session at Berklee College of Music, and it was a great home base. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Kenmore T station, making it easy to get anywhere in Boston. It’s also within walking distance of Fenway Park and Newbury Street, which was a huge plus. The space is a studio, but it’s thoughtfully laid out and organized in a way that never felt cramped. I worked remotely throughout the week, and it served our needs well. The shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water, and the Nespresso machine was a much-appreciated bonus each morning. As you’d expect in this part of the city, there is noticeable street noise, but that’s simply part of staying in such a central, walkable neighborhood. Overall, this stay delivered exactly what we needed—comfort, convenience, and a prime location—and we will absolutely choose it again the next time we are in Boston.

Nice apartment, good location, WIFI was pretty bad. As I had work to do connectivity was slow and much too often completely down, which also impacted watching the news on TV.

It was a great stay at the studio apartment for a few days as our son was attending summer camp. Very responsive and helpful hosts, who were flexible w check in options and parking. Apartment met our needs as well. We would recommend this place while heartedly.

Great location – near Fenway, downtown Boston, south and north end! Very clean and exactly as pictured. Getting luggages up 3 flights of stairs is tough, but we knew that would be apart of this Airbnb from the description and had no issue doing that. Extra points for letting us know when the Airbnb was ready, about 2 hours earlier than expected!

Great stay big enough for a family of 4. Though the kitchen is small it was plenty for our morning coffees and had plenty of room for the whole family. Great location right by Kenmode station.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in at an AirBNb! The location was amazing. An easy walk to shops, restaurants, Fenway and the subway. We had our baby and toddler with us and the room was spacious enough for two pack and plays and all of their toys and things! Our only issue we ran into was getting our double stroller in and out. But we just had to fold it up each time so it was no biggy! Overall- great stay!

The apartment was clean. Great location and close to the subway system. The building is well maintained and has a washer and dryer which we used.

Excellent location to take in all of Boston, place was exactly as described. Tartan army flew over for the World Cup and was very satisfied with the stay. Would stay again.

Spotless place . Comfy bed. I am a linen snob and everything smelled really clean and fabric was also on point. Only comment is the windows face freeway exit so you seeing cars all day long . But also back bay is beautiful so it was worth it.

very fun and convenient place

Positive: The bay windows are big and let in a lot of light. The bed was quite comfortable. Negative: The parking situation is horrible. They do not send a location to the parking with is located in a back street. We had to circle around multiple times until we found the back street. Then the parking we had paid for and reserved was taken by another vehicle. After calling the staff they advised us to park in a resident parking spot until they found out whose vehicle it was. Once we unloaded a resident came out and told us we couldn’t park there. We then had to move the vehicle again. It was honestly just a big hassle trying to find a spot to park. The back door entrance from the parking lot wouldn’t accept the code given to us. So we had to walk around with all our bags. We also couldn’t get the smart tv to work or sign into any of our accounts. For the price per night we expected a lot better experience. The location is excellent, but with the hassle of the parking and just getting in kind of ruined the whole hotel experience.

We went to Boston to celebrate the 250th and enjoy the fireworks from the window!!! What a great view! We walked Storrow Dr, went to a Red Sox game, walked the Commonwealth Avenue Mall to the Commons and the Garden and SO much more. The T was easily accessible via walking just a little. The stairs became easier and easier by day! The bed and linens were so comfy and the shower had amazing pressure. An absolute treasure and so quiet! Thank you for an amazing time in Boston! ❤️🎈💕

Great location for a Fenway weekend!

Amazing location, five minute walk from the Kenmore green line T station, which provides access to most of the downtown Boston activities. 10 minute walk to Fenway Park. 15 minute walk to the Back Bay region. Right at the edge of the Boston University campus. We were on the fourth floor in the rear, and looked out over the Charles River – gorgeous view! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is one big room with a bathroom and a pullout couch. We paid for parking, which was extremely convenient right behind the unit. The access code we were given for the back door did not work, but the host was responsive and provided a functioning code within five minutes. A cleaning service came one day which we were not expecting, and which was not problematic. Overall, wonderful location and unit, would definitely come here again!
