The place was great, so close to Fenway and walking distance to great restaurants and services. Highly recommend for a trip to Boston, especially for going to Fenway.

We had a comfortable stay, the unit is lovely with minimalist tasteful interiors, great view of the river. The kitchen is fully functional with enough cookware and server-ware etc Great location, walking distance (15-20 mins) to almost everything including the Back-bay train station ! The unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator – didn’t bother us much to be honest and at the time of exit – the owners accommodated our request of storing our suitcases after check out – allowing for pick up later. Overall, great stay !

Great location for exploring Boston. The suite was comfy and was perfect for a few days. We had no issues walking to and from Fenway Park and surrounding areas. Very lovely area.

Perfect location, specially for the family of BU, convenient for everything, 10 minutes of walking time to piéton where you can get many restaurants and good cafes…..

My family and I had an outstanding experience at Charlesgate Suites; the communication was excellent, directions perfectly clear, the place was absolutely spotless and tastefully furnished. Great location, amazing rate for parking our rental car, feel I could go on and on. Perfect choice for visiting Boston, honestly couldn’t have been happier and have nothing I could find fault with. The kitchen was very well stocked with high end utensils and appliances, the thermostat was modern, simple, and very effective. The bed and furniture were very nice and comfortable, windows let in beautiful natural light and had a great tree lined view of the street below. Street noise was minimal and not really an issue if you’ve ever lived in a major city. Clean, incredibly well restored, beautiful work, must have cost a fortune. Location perfect for Fenway, Newbury St, Commons, all a short walk. Will definitely try and stay here again should the need arise.

Suite was clean, comfortable bed. No elevator, but didn’t mind climbing stairs to get our steps in! Really enjoyed Boston, great city and great people!

We had a great stay at Charlesgate Suite! The place is spacious, clean, and in a super convenient location for exploring the city. The hosts were really friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again when we’re back in Boston!

Stayed here while dropping our son off at college nearby. Excellent location with about a 2 block walk to the Kenmore train and bus station. Walkable to Newbury St for great coffee and shopping. Super comfy bed and linens. We stayed in the cozy one bedroom with a full kitchen. Convenient laundry available on the ground floor with baskets and detergent. Room was very clean and well appointed. It’s move in weekend so lots of vehicle and foot traffic on Beacon. It’s a lively neighborhood. We were on the 2nd floor and it was noisy at times in the evening but didn’t disrupt our stay. Host was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place.

We felt that it was overpriced for 500$/night

As a host myself I would have liked at least 1 box of Kleenex in the room and one in the bathroom also it would have been helpful to have the unit # at the time of booking. I would also put felt on the bottom of the chair legs so you don’t hear the moving chairs in the unit above. The location was great nice neighborhood.

This was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, had everything we needed and is located in a great spot. Highly recommend.
