Great place to stay if your looking to walk and explore Boston!

Positive: The location was very good. Interior design of the room was very good as well. Negative: Every morning at 10:30 fire alarm was activated and alarmed at least 2 hours.

Positive: Oda temiz geniş ve yatak konforluydu.Newsbury’e ve canlı yerlere rahatlıkla yürüdük hiç araba kullanma ihyiyacı hissetmedik. Negative: Girişi bulmamız zor oldu çünkü verilen adresteki ana girişin şifresi değil aynı binanın arkasındaki otoparkın içinden geçerek gidilen küçük bir kapının şifresi verilmişti, neyse girdik bu sefer de yeterli yönlendirme olmadığı için hangi dairenin bize ait olduğunu şifreleri deneye yanıla odayı bulduk. Oda otoparktaki arabaların içine direkt bakıyordu. Bu sebeple jaluzileri hiç kaldırmadık.Odanın bina içindeki konumu arkaya ve otoparka bakması sebebi ile kötüydü. Bookingte yayınlanan resimler binadaki başka dairelerin resimleri ile beraber yayınlandığı için bizim için yanıltıcı oldu. Bir odanın direkt bir arabaya bakması doğru değil , bakıyorsa da fiyatının bu olması doğru değil

Wonderful stay

Positive: Location, flexibility for arrival time, ability to contact staff, amenities (espresso), cleanliness, comfort (with exception of noise) Negative: Lack of clarity on room detail until arrival, unclear booking guidelines (call before booking for full detail), lack of sound proofing

Positive: Very well fitted out with high quality furniture and kitchen had everything needed. Lots of space. Negative: It is a little noisy as there are busy roads right outside. The fire alarm went off like clickwork every morning at 10am. I raised this with management but nothing changed. The code I was given did not work on the front door which is a real problem when you arrive at 2am. Heating / cooling system is incomprehensible and not user-friendly

Positive: Clean, comfortable bed/bedding. Negative: Dishwasher wouldn’t run – it would be nice to have a fan/ceiling fan since as a guest we could not adjust the temperature

Terrific location for our visit to Boston close to BU campus, Fenway, and restaurants. On-site parking was a big plus. When we had some trouble getting into the flat, the remote team was able to quickly resolve the issue. Overall communications were great.

This place was a 10/10 and met every expectation. We loved having a flexible and automated check-in. Our flight was late at night and unfortunately my code wasn’t working, but I called for assistance and we were able to enter without any issues. There is nothing better than a friendly and welcoming voice on the other end. The space was VERY clean which is my main worry. The suite looks exactly as in the pictures. We were provided everything we needed. Loved that we had a few extra towels, just in case. We didn’t have to bother anyone with additional requests. There is a subway station 5 minutes from this location and it was one of our favorite parts about staying here…specially after a long day of walking and sightseeing. If I return to Boston, I will certainly book again.

The location was great. I will say there were minor issues during our stay but the host was quick to respond.

We had a great stay at Charlesgate Suites for 5 nights as a family of four, including two small kids. It was very clean and comfy. Nice location – we walked along the Charles River and to the Pru and of course all around Back Bay. Taking the T was easy too! We loved our stay there.

Positive: I did not have the breakfast and was given no instructions on where the breakfast was. This should be included in the introduction and instructions when arriving. I also did not smell breakfast when leaving in the morning. Negative: I wish there was a manual lock on the inside of the door. Although the doors lock automatically, it still felt unsafe not to have a bolted lock that I could manually do from the inside when sleeping.

Great location — close to a ton of great stuff in the Back Bay. We had a couple issues during our stay but the hosts were always responsive and took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: This is the second time we have stayed at Charlesgate Suites, and our experience has been nothing but phenomenal. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, the king size bed was very comfortable and the Nespresso machine was a perfect addition. The building has the ambience of an old brownstone, with unique wallpaper, and a winding staircase, that takes you to your room. The company gives you the directions to enter the day before your stay, they are simple to follow. We were so glad that they had a parking spot for us, which as you know is a premium to find in Boston! The T stop is right in Kenmore Square, which is maybe a 10 minute walk to get too. We are looking forward to our next stay at Charlesgate Suites! Negative: We did have a few ideas that we suggested to the company, maybe deadbolt locks on the suite doors, extra towel racks near the sinks in the bathrooms, and directions for the use of the thermostat. They got back to us right away, saying they would address the issues, they were very positive.

The place was beautiful! It is in a great location with easy access to the public transportation and plenty places to eat or hangout around it. We had a couple of hiccups when checking in, but the host was super responsive and was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, close to BU, Fenway, and Kenmore T stop. The building is charming and the room was clean and exactly as described. Lovely view of the Charles River. Very responsive and easy to work with. We needed a parking spot just for the day for a friend visiting us and Charlesgate was quick to reply and accommodate our request.

Great place to stay and very nice! Great area so close to everything! Clean, great bed, nice bathroom and room to relax vs some places in Boston. Clean and very quiet. We will def be back!

This place was in a perfect location to fun bars and restaurants!

This is a lovely place to stay in Back Bay in Boston. It was close to everything and close to public transportation for anything else!
