This is a great place for a family of four to stay to go to a Red Sox game. Easy and very safe walk to Fenway Park. Andrew was extremely responsive and even let us check in early (not to be expected) at no extra charge since our room was ready. We used the add-on parking option directly in the back of the building, which made things even more convenient. The studio is on the ground floor and backs up to the building’s parking lot, but we had absolutely no issues with that. Spacious bathroom with terrific water pressure, and complimentary use of laundry machines directly next to the room were also very nice features. This was a great value to us. Neighborhood feel to the place, with Boston University right there. Way better than staying in a hotel room!

Andrew was great! Place was beautiful and clean, using environmentally conscious soaps, etc. Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of young college students in the area and when they pass by at night, can be loud talking but I found this delightful. Energizing. Not a real distraction. Loved this place. Would stay again!!

There is no place to store luggage on site which was an issue for us but we were able to find someplace locally to store luggage for 15 dollars a day. I think the host should be aware and of this service and offer the information to guests as an option

Positive: Beautiful building, close to Fenway, friendly staff. Negative: Noisy (basically you can hear everything happening around you).

The apartment was so much more spacious than anticipated. It was very clean and stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was very convenient. The location was very convenient for us as well. Will definitely stay again when in Boston

Positive: Superb facilities and location. The auto check in and check out worked well too with good communicatons from the operator. Negative: No criticisms as such but would have benefited with instrucrions on use of the baffling air-conditioining syatem, and being told of the necessity to lock the suite door from the inside before going out or going to sleep at night as the locking system was/is not auto-locking on door closure. Also, and have said this alteady, a simple improvement would be to privide more hanging spaces for coats just insode the suite door and for towels in the bathroom.

Andrew’s place is amazing! It’s beautifully decorated and furnished, and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and squeaky clean. Parking was a breeze. The neighborhood is great too, very walkable and close to Fenway Park and MGM. Andrew is very kind, helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!
