The home was exactly as described, close to everything we wanted to see. If and when we return this will be the first place we would want to stay.

Can’t say enough great things about Charlesgate Suites. Fantastic place in a great location. Check-in was super easy. We had everything we needed in this extremely clean air bnb. Bed was so much comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we are in Boston.

This is a wonderful location for visiting Boston. The Airbnb is lovely! Big windows, great lighting. Open layout. Host is very responsive. The only challenge for us was the wifi. We were not able to watch anything on our devices without constant lagging. We checked the internet speed and it was very slow. I would recommend double checking on internet quality before booking esp if one needs to work remotely during their stay. Otherwise the stay was great.

The view out the bay window was perfect! Watched rowers each morning and end of day. Suite was comfortable. Had a couple things pop up and the staff was quick to respond. Will absolutely stay here again.

Positive: We liked the clealiness of the suite. The kitchen was great, as was the furnishings. Negative: The Nest thermostat did not work properly. It was constantly 76-83 degrees in our suite. We could not get the temperature to go down.

I was there for 2 entire weeks, I really loved the apartment, it was very clean, elegant and iluminated, the view was amazing, I had the really best time here watching through the windows with clear sky, snowing and rainning with the pass of the days. The bed is amazing so comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, all clean and new, the air conditioner works perfect and the bathroom was always clear. It is a very walkable surrounding, because it is near to shops, metro, and Commercial Centers. At night really quite and secure. I went to Boston for a vacations and a graduation and it was amazing to stay there. Hope this review help you to take a good decision. Thank you so much for the kind support all the time! Excellent Stay

Positive: O apartamento era bem amplo e com tudo novo. Excelente acomodação. A equipe permitiu 1h de late checkout. Todos muito atenciosos. Negative: Mais cobertores

Positive: There was no breakfast at this location Negative: The only electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. Also, there was a small control panel in the bathroom which seemed to be for the exhaust fan. It too was not working

The location was perfect and Charlesgate Suites were very quick to respond to my messages. Overall the property was clean and the management was very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Boston!

Excellent Stay

Positive: De locatie, de instructies hoe we het appartement binnen moesten komen waren duidelijk. Het is een ruim appartement met voldoende voorzieningen. Het bed was comfortabel. We hebben geen problemen gehad tijdens ons verblijf, dus we kunnen geen feedback geven over eventuele bereikbaarheid van de eigenaren in lastige situaties. Negative: Het slot van het appartement is wat verouderd. Het trappenhuis kan wat beter schoongemaakt worden.

Apartment as shown on pics: recently renovated, functional, confortable and clean. A little loud from the street noise and hall doors banging. The fridge stopped working and was replaced quickly. The oven did not work and was not fixed. Overall stay was good
